A South Coast crash left one vehicle occupant injured when a bakkie and SUV collided on Marine Drive in Manaba, recently.
Netcare 911 media liaison officer, Shawn Herbst, said: “An adult male from the bakkie had sustained moderate injuries and was treated on-scene by an advanced life support paramedic before being transported to hospital for further care.” In a separate incident, last Sunday afternoon, Netcare 911 responded to a crash on an unnamed road in Izingolweni on the KZN South Coast which left two casualties with serious injuries. “Reports indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle lost control, resulting in a roll-over. Two occupants of the vehicle had sustained serious injuries and were treated on-scene by advanced life support paramedics before being transported to hospital,” Herbst added.
