It was a busy weekend for the SAPS members of the Berea Police Station who braved the rainy weather on Saturday, 1 May to spread awareness to the community on gender-based violence and general crimes happening in the area.
Berea SAPS communications officer, Captain P Naidoo, said that the campaign was successful and was greatly supported. “After braving the weekend rain, the station got a surprise visit from Sparkport Pharmacy on Monday, 3 May to administer the flu vaccine to all the officers and families free of charge.”
