Notice is hereby given to the community of the Alfred Duma Local Municipality that the date of the Inaugural Council Meeting Of The Alfred Duma Local Municipality has been amended and will now be held on Tuesday, 16 November 2021 at 10.00 in the Indoor Sports Centre. Please take note that due to the COVID-19 Regulations and limited space, the public are invited to attend the proceedings virtually.
Councillors will be allowed to each invite three (3) persons to attend the contact meeting.
Councillors to email nominated names and surnames of the nominated persons to Mrs S H Massyn at shmassyn@alfredduma.gov.za before Friday, 12 November 2021 at 10.00 to ensure entrance to the venue.
PERSONS ATTENDING THE CONTACT MEETING TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING
1. No political regalia will be allowed in the venue
2. Everybody attending the contact meeting have to be seated by latest 09.30
3. All persons not included in the invitations to attend the contact meeting can attend the meeting through streaming services to be provided on the day of the meeting.
