A woman and four children were casualties of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of the R102 and Northern Drive, on Sunday afternoon.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on-scene at approximately 3.33pm and found that a blue Ford Figo and a white VW Fox were involved in the crash. “Three minors and a female from the VW Fox were treated for injuries by paramedics from a private ambulance service. The occupants of the Ford Figo were not injured,” said RUSA boss, Prem Balram. He added that, “The circumstances leading up to the collision were not immediately established. Motorists are cautioned to drive safely as in the blink of an eye accidents can occur and the repercussions can be fatal or harmful.”
