A heartfelt gesture of community support has brought much-needed relief to a government service department after VenkPAC, in collaboration with the Phoenix Tabloid, donated five boxes of printing paper to help the department continue serving residents.
The donation followed an urgent need for printing paper at the department, which assists hundreds of residents from Phoenix and surrounding communities daily. With printing forming an essential part of its day-to-day administrative functions and the processing of documents for members of the public, the shortage had placed additional strain on the department’s ability to render services efficiently.
Recognising the need, VenkPAC and the Phoenix Tabloid joined hands to provide five boxes of printing paper, offering assistance to help alleviate the shortage. Although seemingly a simple donation, the gesture is expected to make a meaningful difference to both staff and the many residents who depend on the department for essential government services. The initiative also highlights the importance of businesses and community stakeholders working together to respond to needs within the communities they serve.
For VenkPAC and the Phoenix Tabloid, the donation was about more than providing paper – it was about helping to ensure that residents could continue accessing the services they rely on without a shortage of basic resources standing in the way.
