A fatal freak accident in Shastri Park, Phoenix, has claimed the life of a truck driver at a landfill site, a short while ago.
According to reports, the driver was allegedly offloading at the landfill site at Petal Park when his vehicle went down the embankment resulting in the victim being entrapped.
Emergency services are on scene and the area has been cordoned off while police investigate the circumstances leading to the tragedy.
