Ladysmith High School’s (LHS) netball, hockey and rugby athletes faced off against Sarel Cilliers teams on Saturday morning, 7 May. The sports fields at LHS came alive with ‘sporting heroes’ as teams battled it out for victory over the challenging teams. School spirits ran high as both schools brought along their supporters who sang and showed support to players on the field.
“It is just absolutely amazing to be back on the field and allow our learners to play sports again. The learners, parents and educators along with coaches were excited to be here,” said Principal of Ladysmith High School, Hugo Clark.
