KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thamsanqa Ntuli and MEC for Education Sipho Hlomuka visited the National Senior Certificate (NSC) examination papers printing centre in Durban this week, reaffirming the provincial government’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and secure examination process.

The oversight visit aimed to assess the centre’s level of preparedness ahead of the 2025 NSC exams, which will see thousands of Grade 12 learners across the province sit for their final school-leaving assessments.

During the visit, Premier Ntuli emphasised the importance of maintaining the highest standards of integrity and security in the administration of the examinations. “The credibility of our education system depends on the fairness and integrity of this process. We continue to strengthen systems that safeguard both learners and educators,” he said.
