Wife, mother, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and personal empowerment life coach are just some of the crowns that Mrs South Africa semi finalist Noeline Rajbally wears on a daily basis.
In describing her day-to-day life in terms of intention and purpose, the uMhlanga resident said that she lives each day with the intention of creating a better version of herself. “I love coaching as it is my way of living a purposeful life, making a difference in the lives of others. I am a firm believer that our personality should serve the energy of the soul,” said Rajbally.
For such a profound individual, it was a no brainer why the Mrs SA platform appealed to her. She talked of the pillars that the Mrs SA platform are built on which are self-development, community work, networking and empowerment. These, she said, aligned with the purpose and mission of The Mindfulness Academy, which Rajbally founded.
Quoting the words of Mrs SA CEO, Joani Johnson: “While changing women, we changed ourselves. While empowering others we have become empowered and whilst teaching others, we have learnt so much,” this is what the Life Coach looks forward to experiencing in the coming months, after all, the journey is called the MBA of Life.
“It has been a life-transforming experience for me, especially since I made the intentional decision to choose courage over fear before entering Mrs South Africa. My purpose to serve and to do something greater that what I was already doing gives me the confidence and the reassurance that this platform is where I need to be to grow and pay it forward. I am thoroughly enjoying every step of it right now. For me the journey is what it is all about,” said Rajbally.
Her experience within the spheres of personal empowerment were apparent in her decision to “choose courage over fear”. She describes personal empowerment coaching as unblocking limiting beliefs and patterns to allow oneself to live their life within their own authentic power.
“By working through and healing the wounds of the past, finding balance, focusing on health and well-being and most importantly understanding our emotions and thoughts and how it causes us to react to life, with practice the brain then finds new cognitive pathways to function on a higher emotional level,” she said.
“It is important for us to know why we are here on this earth. Our purpose is much greater than just existing, much greater than our jobs, careers, being someone’s spouse or parent. We have been created to live life to its highest calling and make it our mission to find our true selves. We can only reach this stage if we consciously and intentionally embark on the path to self-development.
“I am passionate about working with and coaching women and children by using mindfulness techniques to become better versions of themselves. Happy, healthy and passionate women create strong families, thriving communities and successful work places. Helping to heal a woman, is helping to heal a nation. This is my “Why” and the reason I have embarked on the Mrs SA journey. The pillars of this platform, mirrors my purpose.”
Rajbally describes the ideal Mrs SA as an “every woman”. A woman who intentionally works on herself each day so that she can give herself and the world the best version of who she is. She looks fear in the eye each day and chooses courage. She is a relatable woman, yet owns her own uniqueness and power.
“If it is on the cards for me to be the next Mrs South Africa, I will lead by example and continue to do the work to advocate for women and children. The boy child is equally important. I will continue to take up space for those who feel marginalised or don’t have a voice. To help women and children to be seen and heard. To empower and raise up individuals, communities and organisations who will help to heal our nation and make this a better place for us to live in,” said Rajbally.
Her advice to owning one’s personal power is to simply have a vision for yourself and your life.
“Your background or your bloodline does not define you. Have a hunger to want more for your life and work towards it. Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. The potential for greatness is born within each of us. You are blessed and highly favoured, speak it into existence in your life everyday,” she added.
