Dube TradePort has completed Iziko@Dube, a seven-storey mixed-use commercial building within the King Shaka International Airport precinct. The building is scheduled to officially open in the second quarter of 2025.
Iziko@Dube will host one of KwaZulu-Natal’s leading business process outsourcing (BPO) service providers. It will also offer a range of amenities, including training facilities, a 24-hour corporate cafeteria, a visitor’s centre for the Durban Aerotropolis, and new meeting facilities. The building is designed to provide a robust environment for technology-driven businesses, capitalising on the precinct’s high-speed internet, data centre facilities, and reliable power supply.

According to Vincent Zwane, communications and public relations manager at Dube TradePort, the anchor tenant will occupy six of the seven floors in its first year. This will create 350 jobs initially, with plans to expand to 1,800 as the building reaches full occupancy. Zwane highlighted the building’s role in fostering job creation, adding: “The top floor will feature premier meeting and conference facilities, positioning Iziko@Dube as an ideal venue for workshops and corporate events.”
