To promote a healthy lifestyle and make sport accessible to everyone, Mr Price Sport has launched an initiative called, ‘Kit for Kids’ campaign, where customers, companies and the community can donate their pre-loved sports equipment for a good cause and receive a R50 Mr Price Sport voucher.
The sport retailer is appealing to communities to bring in gently used sport equipment in stores and save big bucks. All gear collected will go to the charity selected by the store to equip future sport stars.
Philippa Feher, head of marketing at Mr Price Sport, said: “What better way to unite a nation than through the power of sport. We hope that this project will enable participation in sport for all communities, irrespective of their financial situation or background.”
Mr Price Sport is also a proud apparel partner of Team South Africa, who is representing the country at the Paris Olympic Games. The retailer’s team of designers embarked on creating a South African-inspired Maxed Elite collection of daily wear and technical gear for Team SA athletes.
