Umbilo Police Station is calling on members of the community who have had their cars towed at a cost without their permission to come forward.
Umbilo SAPS communications officer, Captain Pumzile Makaula said that towing companies who have been towing cars in the area are also warned to refrain from doing so as they will be dealt with accordingly. “All those who have been victims are urged to come forward. We are calling on people from Congella, Bulwer, Glenmore, Carrington Heights and Rossburgh,” she added.
