All dojo heads, karateka parents and interested parties are invited to an open meeting hosted by newly appointed chairman of the Dispute Resolution Commission of Karate South Africa and seasoned SAFA official, Mohamed Mubarak, to discuss all karate issues and opportunities in South Africa.
The meeting will take place at the Pesco Hall, in Sunford, Phoenix on Sunday, 28 February at 2pm. All are invited to listen to the presentation about opportunities that are now available for local karate students through Karate South Africa (KSA), the governing body for karate in South Africa.
“It must be noted that during my service to sport for several years in amateur ranks, I did it as a volunteer and that set the tone for my election as a SAFA committee member and SASCOC board member. Sport has changed immensely over the years since the early 70’s that I have been in service and I believe that today’s athletes must adapt with the changes if they intend to impact,” said Mubarak.
