Hundreds of Yoga enthusiasts from all walks of life gathered for the fourth International day of yoga on Sunday,17 June at Durban’s beachfront amphitheatre for a grand mass yoga session.

Dignitaries in attendance included the Consul General of India, Dr Shashank Vikram and eThekwini Deputy Mayor, Fawzia Peer.
Yoga enthusiasts formed a sea of blue T-shirts as they tackled popular yoga poses in the peaceful seaside setting. The event was organised by the Consul General of India in association with the Sivananda World Peace Foundation, a community organisation that promotes peace and harmony.
