Entries are now open for Miss Unseen International 2022, an unconventional platform for all genders open to any South African over the age of 20.

Unseen International CEO, Charinda Joubert, said the pageant is gender equal. Jourbert added that entries close on 31 March and finals will be held in October. Samentha Reddy, Durban resident and winner of International Social Influencer 2021, said the pageant has four categories: Unseen International Title Holder, Unseen International Social Influencer, Unseen International Public Choice Winner and Unseen International Charity Winner. “Unseen International is the first pageant in the world that represents gender equality. The platform represents mental health, body positivity and advocates against gender-based violence,” said Reddy. She said she encourages individuals to enter so that they learn self-awareness, gain confidence an become empowered in community education; especially factors that are currently affecting the society. “This is a platform where one can start off if they have had problems qualifying for other pageants or wish to enter other pageants. It’s a great opportunity as it provides support and continual guidance and assists with public relations,” added Reddy. She said for more information residents can visit www.unseeninternational.co.za or they can follow their Facebook page.
