It’s that time of the year again when matric learners bid farewell to their schooling career and begin life in the real world.
This year has yet again proven to be a challenging one for learners, as well as educators and parents, as the pandemic remains with us. The matric class of 2021 has survived so much including taxi strikes, civil unrest and lootings as well as grieving the loss of family and friends due to Covid-19.
However, learners of St Dominic’s Academy once again excelled and they enjoyed their matric farewell which was hosted at the school. Decked out in outfits fit for Fashion Week, a hearty evening was enjoyed with song and dance.
