Detective Warrant Officer Joana Baldeo, lead investigator in culpable homicide investigations appeals to any person who might have information or who had witnessed the following incidents to please come forward and assist the South African Police Services.

On 14 September 2017, at approximately 7pm, police officers were alerted of a man lying in the street opposite 378 Bluff Road. Upon closer inspection, they found that the man had multiple body and head injuries. He was declared deceased on scene.

The multiple injuries sustained by the deceased indicates that he was hit either by a truck or motor vehicle.

The deceased is an African male, approximately 40 years of age. At the time of the incident he was dressed in black jeans and a black jersey.

In a second incident occurring on 26 September 2017, SAPS members arrived at the M4 North next to the Rossburgh off ramp. They found at the scene, an African male, approximately 30 years of age, lying alongside the road. He was dressed in a black and white shirt, black shorts, and black and white Nike sneakers. He was declared deceased by paramedics on scene.
